NEUROFEEDBACK NY IN-OFFICE COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

As we adjust our schedules and office flow to support recommendations by the CDC, we ask for your patience and understanding as we move through difference phases of reopening.

Here’s what you can expect from us and what we ask from you:

Physical Distancing

• Please come a few minutes early as the elevators are running one person per ride. Our address is 32 Union Square East, Suite 1017, New York, NY 10003.
• Trainer and client will keep a distance of six feet apart. Except adding and removing the EEG sensors on the scalp and ears.
• Only one client is allowed in our waiting room area

Protective Equipment/Cleaning

• We ask all clients to wear a face masks at all times.
• Hand sanitizer is available upon entry.
• We have Molekule air purifiers which will be running continuously and are effective in removing bacteria and viruses from the air.
• All training chairs and surfaces will be cleaned in between sessions.

Communication

• Please email the required paperwork prior appointment
• Please do not come if feeling ill. We’ll waive our 24-hour cancelation policy.

Home Neurofeedack Rentals

The professional-grade neurofeedback system can be rented to be used for home. It provides the same effective brain training as our in-office sessions. Disinfecting Home Neurofeedback Systems

All systems are wiped down with disinfectant in between rentals.  Our rental manager wears a face-mask when handling the equipment.

Rental Inventory

We have seen an uptick in home neurofeedback rental inquiries and are doing our best to get units to our customers in the shortest time possible.  If there is a wait, we will let you know an approximate delivery date and send you updates every few days.  

Our goal is to meet our customers’ needs in the shortest time possible. 

Shipping

We are offering free delivery and pick-up for residents within New York City.

We use Fed-Ex for shipment.  View FedEx’s COVID-19 updates here. Return label is available. Please remember to keep your box and return label for an easy return.
